I called mid morning and he was able to come over that afternoon. Ran into an issue with two of the house locks so he scheduled to come back the next day. Ended up replacing one lock and he got manufacturer's manual for the other lock.

Although he had a busy day, he came promptly, fitting me in and saving me from paying an outrageous amount to have my car towed to the Nissan dealership and have a new key made there. He even gave me a jump to ensure the key was programmed correctly and that it would start the car (it had been so cold that my battery needed a little help)!

Ron was most helpful in the process of providing replacement keys for my 2004 Ford expedition. The full process took about an hour and included two keys and two remote entry fobs, everything works like the original Ford parts. It's very comforting to have services provided with product knowledge, courtesy, and I would recommend his most able services for auto and home solutions.

I called a few places for getting a car key made (lost mine) and several gave me their minimum charge but said they couldn't give me a final price until they see the vehicle. Don't believe them!!!! Ron at Lock Works looked up my vehicle and gave me the best price I found after calling several places. He just left 15 minutes ago and was a great guy and very friendly as we talked while he made the key. He even arrived a little early and is one of the best service calls I've had and a great price in comparison to other quotes I got. I'd highly recommend him for any locksmith work needed!
